Great. I will now change you to a Reviewer. For some reason, even though i will change you to a reviewer, you still wont get those new permissions untill you reach 25 posts. Its like an overriding newbie thing, lol.
Sorry about the inconvenience. Its just for just reason when you go to the reviews forum to post new reviews, it wont let you until you have 25 posts.

No, not for each achievement, the part under each achievement title is for the description for that achievement. (it is usually just a one line description. If you are getting them from your xbox, then its the description that it tells you when click on the achievement)
