Any posts that break our rules will be removed and the member posting it will be given a warning. If a member accumulates 3 warnings at any one time, they will be banned for life! Each warning given also comes with a 100 XLF Cash deduction for the member receiving it.

Now's as good a time as any. There won't be another price drop for a long time, and there are already a ton of great titles worth playing, not to mention the eShop. Seriously, Super Mario 3D Land and Kid Icarus: Uprising are two very good reasons.
Also, if you don't have a regular DS, that's the third and probably the best reason. The DS library is staggering, and filled with countless fun and unique titles.

I have a regular DS, but have never even used the DS library.... There won't be another price drop for a long time- how long is a long time?

Imo, I think Nintendo 3DS is hyped about more that it actually should be, I wouldn't get it based on my pride but in common sense they have some great looking games coming out that are only for 3DS and getting it would broaden your potential selection of games to play
