Yeah, agreed.
I tried it out for a week or something, but didnt like the way it looked.
It took the attention away from other stuff and straight onto the ads

I believe all forums should at least have one ad to help pay the bills and stuff. I thought the same as you once but I needed money to keep my forum going.

You should only do banner ads when you need it so you pay the hosting, but otherwise I suggest you take them off. Good action.
