As I have mentioned before to Sean, I will post my case here also.
I logged in one fine day and suddenly noticed that the wallet and bank details at the top left was missing. I thought not much of it until I tried to access the lottery, which I cannot access. I sincerely hope that this issue will be fixed.

It wasnt me that locked your XLF Cash & i looked in the Mod Records to see if another Staff member that can access the XLF Cash System to be able to do that & nope, wasnt their either. I have also looked through your profile & account from the ACP and cant see nothing that would cause this. It hasnt happened to anybody else & im not sure how to unlock member's XLF Cash. I will get this fixed asap

Yes, off coarse When i visit your profile from the ACP side, your XLF Cash is 737.39, but that is only your XLF Wallet. But if i look at your XLF Cash amount on the bottom of the index page, it says your combined Wallet & Bank amount, so that is safe. Im going back in to try another few things to get it working for you.
