Anyone remember Impossible Creatures?
It was that game that messed up your mind about cross-species interactions by making weird creatures to attack the other players.

You have henchmen who are your workers and they do everything to mining coal to building structures to hunting animals. Basically, you hunt your animal and shoot it with a tranquiliser gun in order to get a DNA sample. After that, you can use that animal's DNA and combine it with another animal to create a custom animal. You can choose their heads, body, feet and tail in order for them to have specific traits. You can have owls that have giant crocodile heads or Hippos with wings of a falcon. It's just a fun boredom buster game overall.
