I think it was 5 hours when I was playing Grand Theft Auto IV. I never play for that long but I got really into it and time just flew by!

9AM to Midnight - Game day + had to stay up tell midnight so lots of netflix after 7PM.

5-6 hours everyday for about a month. That resulted in a RROD.

I've never really turned my Xbox on and just left it, plainly out of fear of it overheating and getting the famous red ring of death.
The most I have probably left it on for is around 5 hours, playing Halo 3 online, I had nothing else to do that day so spent it online playing with friends.
