Do you guys actually play the campaign? I do sometimes...For example, I played all COD campaigns. But I really never touch Battlefield ones. I think COD campaigns have a better story, even though it's a short and kind of "all-action" packed.

I'm definitely one of those people who barely ever play campaigns. I've played a couple through like Halo 3 and Grand Theft Auto but besides those two I don't think I've ever completed a whole campaign. :(

Always :) That is the reason why I buy games. I have never bought a game just for the multiplayer. Campaign is the first thing I play, if there is a decent multiplayer, then I stick with the game :)

I always make time to play the campaign or atleast try it :) usually I am someone who when I buy a game as hard as it can seem to be I will try and always complete the campaign first before I go onto any kind of multiplayer gaming. There have been times though when I just haven't been able to resist going online first and the campaign has waited a little while :)

It has gotten to the point now where I will go out of my way to buy games which have a focus on the campaign (Mainly RPG's) rather than a focus on Online play. It has meant I've missed a number of shooters, recently, though, which sucks, to an extent.

Playing the campaign helps you learn all the game's insides and stuff like that which you will need if you are planning to play online with others.

Like I said before I did play the campaign of Halo and Battlefield 3, but I have never even started the campaign of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 and did not finish the campaign of Modern Warfare 2. For some reason I was more interested in the multiplayer of any Call of Duty game.

Like you said that you play campaigns of call of duty but i don't like it too. I always prefer playing online as I feel campaign is really boring. For games which has high graphics like crysis 2 or battlefield I sometimes prefer playing campaign.

I try to always play the campaign in any game I get unless the campaign sucks or it has multiplayer support, then I usually get online and go crazy learning how to play and aggravating my teammates.

I always try to play the campaign. Even when it sucks, I usually play it anyways. My internet connection isn't very good, so playing games online isn't as fun as it could be. It's sometimes funny though, one second there's no one around me on Call of Duty: Black Ops, then a second later, there's a guy standing right in front of me who shoots me and then has time to walk away before I even know I was shot.

Yeah, the campaign is the first thing that I always play. I don't like gaming online, strangely, so once I beat the campaign, I'm just about done with the game.

You and myself are rather opposites Raderyx I much prefer go through Battlefield campaigns then COD ones.

I usually try to complete the campaign first. It gets me some experience before I go online to play with others. I like to be somewhat good at the game before I start competing on the internet. Campaigns are a good way to learn new ways to play the game.

I tend to go through and play the campaign once, after that I put all my time into the multiplayer if it has a good multiplayer. Few games actually excite me on the campaign. Halo, and Gears of War are one of them, though I have yet to play Gears of war 3.

I get a lot of my games from LoveFilm so as I don't want to spend too much time on it as it costs money i usually play the campaign only. If I then want to play multiplayer i'd look at buying the game later.
